Bash Tournament

Is there anyway a mod can be fashioned to remove all ammo from all guns, including what's already in the gun, and remove all nades, smoke, knives, etc? Something that can be executed in a map script, like bomb.scr. Looking to make a Bashing Tournament for my clan, whom is very big on bashing lol..might even design a whole map around it.
