    Btw, I don't think 'open_direction' is needed. That is used when you want doors to begin open.

    that's pretty much all it is, is us pokeing at each other and bad puns lol
    a couple people just come in pick a team and play a round here and there, just to listen to the banter going on...

    I have solved the issue late last night.
    With the disobedient horizontal doors (running North / South in TOP view) omit the "alwaysaway" key and replace it with the following:

    angle , 90
    openangle , 90
    and have the "OPEN_DIRECTION" checkbox ticked.
    Now ALL of my doors open flawlessly away from the player passing through it in either direction.
    Thanks! I was having troubles with this.
