And Jon, I work with computers and servers on a daily basis so I have a little bit of knowledge in this area. I used to remove viruses manually for my job so having a secure AV that's not a HUGE resource hindrance was always important.
Jon, you can also try out a trial of the software to see how well it works for you. Just see how it works on the system, if it picks up anything that malware-bytes doesn't, also look at the memory & CPU usage to make sure it doesn't use too many resources and try it out for a few days.
No harm done in trying, but before you install it, I would make sure you uninstall your other AV solutions so that they don't all conflict against each other because they could. If you decide you don't like webroot/sophos, you can always uninstall it and then use malware-bytes, but when it comes to AV security I recommend doing some research to see which works best for you. I wouldn't just dish out money on something on the fly.
