Server Being Repeatedly Crashed

Recently our Spearhead server has been under attack and crashed several times when we try to gather and play. My guess is that it is the WTFCD server as we have had trouble with them in the past (but cannot confirm as we are waiting on host to reboot machine to repair rcon bug). Regardless, what happens is the "mystery player (crasher)" joins the server and seconds later our server crashes. At the host site our console log has "ERROR: Stopping due to possible infinite torso state loop" right before the server shuts down. Anyone know how I can stop them from exploiting my server?

You have the Davens patch on the server?

If not you better install because have alot of fixes of crashes of the server.
